  In recent years,China's economy is shifting from the"high input,high energy consumption,high pollution,and low output"model to the"low input,low energy consumption,low pollution,and high output"model;energy conservation,emission reduction,and sustainable development strategies are The current basic national policy is also increasingly embedded in the construction and operation of various projects.Compared with the upstream aluminum smelting industry,although the aluminum processing industry has much lower energy consumption,as a big country in the aluminum industry,the superposition of energy consumed by its total production is a terrible figure.
  As a major producer of aluminum processing,especially aluminum profiles,my country's output accounts for more than 50%of the world's total output.Since the energy consumption per ton of aluminum processing is only one-tenth of that of aluminum electrolysis,and the total amount of harmful emissions is also lower than that of electrolytic aluminum,aluminum processing enterprises pay far less attention to energy conservation and emission reduction than electrolytic aluminum enterprises,resulting in The energy consumption,equipment level and automatic control technology of my country's aluminum processing enterprises are not comparable to the international advanced level.
  With the deterioration of the global environment and the exhaustion of energy such as coal and oil,it is the general trend to limit and reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.Aluminum processing is an important link in the production of aluminum industry.Energy saving and emission reduction work is not only the need of the development of the situation,but also the requirement of my country's own economic development.Aluminum processing enterprises should strive to become environmentally friendly,technologically innovative,resource-saving and socially responsible enterprises.
  In order to solve the problem of energy saving and emission reduction of aluminum processing enterprises,we must first start from technological innovation,equipment improvement,resource utilization,etc.,follow up the common development needs of the economic situation and environmental situation,improve the market competitiveness of aluminum processing enterprises,and reduce their production.Cost,the 6th Guangdong Aluminum Processing Technology(International)Symposium is hereby soliciting papers on"New Technology of Aluminum for Energy Saving"from industry personnel,so as to provide reference and learning for practitioners.
